Lorraine Stokes

Following a 13-year career with Telstra, Lorraine undertook tertiary study at Griffith University where she was awarded both the Behavioural Science and Psychology Medals. Lorraine qualified as a Psychologist in 2000 and is particularly interested in the processes involved in individual change. As a member of the International Coaching Federation, Lorraine is a life coach who enjoys assisting individuals to deal effectively with life’s challenges. Lorraine also enjoys helping individuals to recognise their unique strengths and develop life and interpersonal skills. 

Lorraine has extensive experience in the provision of career and vocational counselling, and currently provides rehabilitation services to organisations across Queensland for individuals suffering from stress. Lorraine has also facilitated mediation processes for  individuals involved in interpersonal conflict. 

Lorraine has designed and delivered a range of training programs for organisations, and is an accredited facilitator of the range of leadership and team development tools developed by Team Management Systems. Lorraine consults regularly to Queensland organisations on strategic planning, staff development and managing employees with stress. 

Lorraine is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society and a fully registered Psychologist.
